Blue Pearl Inside is an indoor-intelligence company based in Giza, Egypt. We design, deploy and support indoor navigation, proximity engagement, digital wallet & loyalty, smart security and custom operational software for malls, airports, compounds, real-estate developers and enterprise & public-sector environments across Egypt & the region.
How does indoor navigation work where GPS doesn't?
Our indoor navigation is powered by Situm. It locates the visitor's own smartphone inside the building using its built-in sensors together with the venue's Wi-Fi or Bluetooth (BLE) signals — typically to 1–5 m accuracy — and shows a live blue-dot with turn-by-turn directions across floors. Visitors use it on the web, on a kiosk or by scanning a QR code, with no app to download.

We ran three indoor-navigation pilots — in 2014, 2017 and 2025 — at one of Cairo's largest shopping destinations, plus a live wayfinding deployment across the exhibition halls of Cairo ICT 2017. Our published venue app, combining proximity and indoor navigation, is rated 4.7★ on Google Play.

Do you also build custom software?
Yes. We build bespoke operational systems from scratch — asset and fleet management, control-room dashboards, resident and staff apps — engineered for mission-critical uptime. Our operational software runs daily on 488 sites in enterprise & public-sector environments, 24/7 since 2019 — a separate track from our indoor-navigation work. We also build websites and iOS & Android apps.
