When you submit the contact form or reach us by WhatsApp or email, we collect the details you provide — name, organization, email, phone, venue type, country and your message. Our website uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that do not personally identify you.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal or demo, and improve our website. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Service providers
We share data only with the providers that operate this site and our communications: Supabase (secure database), Resend (email delivery), and Cloudflare and Vercel (hosting, security and analytics). Each processes data on our behalf under its own safeguards.
Retention
We keep inquiry data only as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable business records, then delete it.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls. No method is perfectly secure, but we apply industry-standard protections.
